It’s that time of year again when you have a lot more eggs in the fridge than you normally do. What will you do with all these eggs after Easter? I say, “Let them eat Deviled Eggs”.
Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
12 eggs
equal parts mayonnaise and mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Directions:
1. Boil eggs for 20 minutes. Drain hot water and keep eggs under running cold water while peeling.
2. Cut eggs in half and empty the yolk in a mixing bowl.
3. Add sugar, mayonnaise and mustard to egg yolks until the mixture is creamy.
4. Spoon mixture into egg halves.
5. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

Your blog is making me hungry lol.
I loooove deviled eggs– making AND eating them. I never thought to put sugar in the yolk before. I will try it next time! Thanks!
