Fajita-Dog-1040

I’d like to share another recipe provided to me by the people at Oscar Mayer as part of my Thrill of the Grill House Party

Beef franks are rolled up in flour tortillas with onions and bell peppers in these quick fajitas. Chili powder and cumin add classic flavor.
Prep Time: 10 min. | Total Time: 19 min.
Makes: 8 servings.

What you need!
1 pkg. (16 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Premium Beef Franks
1 Tbsp. oil
1?2 each small green, red, orange and yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, cut into rings
1?4 tsp. chili powder
1?4 tsp. ground cumin
8 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

Make it!
HEAT grill to medium heat.
GRILL franks 7 to 9 min. or until heated through, turning occasionally.
MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables and seasonings;
cook and stir 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Place franks on tortillas; top with vegetable mixture. Roll up.

Serving Suggestion:
Top with your favorite fajita fixings, such as shredded lettuce and/or chopped tomatoes.

Substitute:
Prepare using OSCAR MAYER Selects Premium Franks made with Turkey, Pork & Chicken.

In keeping with current FCC guidelines I want you to know that I received free Oscar Mayer product in conjunction with this blog post. Oscar Mayer did ot influence my opinions expressed here as a result.
