To receive your Reward Voucher, after qualifying purchases have been made, visit this website and print redemption form. Then mail your completed redemption form along with original receipts of the Herbal Essence participating qualifying products (no copies accepted) to the listed address.

All items must be postmarked by 12/31/08. Once your information is received and verified by the redemption center (please allow up to 1 week for verification) you should receive your beauty treatment voucher by mail within about 4 – 6 weeks. A list of participating locations will be provided on the Rewards Website which will be listed on your Reward Voucher.
