For the past three weeks I’ve participated in the All You Grocery Challenge. You might remember that during week two of our challenge I was attending BlogHer. While I was there Ragu served us this wonderful lunch and I gave you the links to a few of the recipes.
I started back to work almost the day after I got back from BlogHer so I really haven’t had much time to go through some of the information that I received about various products that we tried while we were there. One of the things I received was a flash drive that contained those same recipes for which I gave you the links. So I’d like to share these Ragu recipes with you starting with the Upside-Down Deep Dish Pizza. I told my husband he would love it and now he’s bugging me to make it. I notice that they say the spinach is optional but you would be surprised how much vegetables you can slip by picky eaters when you hide it in meals like this.
UPSIDE-DOWN DEEP DISH PIZZA
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes
Stand Time: 10 minutes

1 lb. ground beef
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Ragú® Old World Style® Sweet Tomato Basil Smooth Pasta Sauce
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli OR spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (optional)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.)
1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
Preheat oven to 375°. Brown ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet; drain and season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Stir in Ragú® Old World Style® Sweet Tomato Basil Smooth Pasta Sauce and bring to a boil; turn into 2-quart baking dish.
Top with broccoli, then cheese. Place pizza dough over dish, sealing edges tightly.
Bake 20 minutes or until crust is golden. Let stand 10 minutes.
